Overview

We strive to make every interaction on Mr. Visa Korea transparent and fair. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be available for payments made on our platform. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

AI Credits (kAI)

AI credits purchased for use with kAI are non-refundable once acquired. Credits cannot be converted back to cash or transferred to another account.

If you experience a technical error directly attributable to our AI system — such as a response not being delivered or a session failing to complete due to a platform issue — we will issue a credit refund equal to the credits consumed in that failed session. Credit refunds are applied to your account balance and can be used for future kAI sessions. To request a credit refund, please contact us within 14 days of the incident and provide a description of the issue.
