Mr. Visa Korea is an online marketplace that connects clients with independent professional experts in fields including legal, accounting, and other advisory services. We facilitate connections between parties but are not a party to any agreement formed between clients and experts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Accounts may not be created by automated means or on behalf of another person without authorization.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Expert Listings and Services

Experts listed on our platform are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Mr. Visa Korea. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications, credentials, or work of any expert. Clients are responsible for evaluating experts and making their own informed decisions before engaging services.

Mr. Visa Korea is not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of any services provided by experts through the platform.

6. Bookings and Payments

All booking and payment terms are agreed upon between the client and the expert. Mr. Visa Korea may facilitate payment processing through third-party providers. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms of service. Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual experts and are disclosed at the time of booking.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content or reviews.
• Circumvent the platform by arranging payments directly with experts to avoid platform fees.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any user or expert.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or index the Service without our express written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to Mr. Visa Korea. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. By submitting content to the platform (such as reviews or profile information), you grant Mr. Visa Korea a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Visa Korea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from any services provided by experts through the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mr. Visa Korea and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by Mr. Visa Korea.
