By accessing or using the Mr. Visa Korea platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Mr. Visa Korea is a professional directory and booking platform that connects clients with independent professional experts in fields including legal, accounting, and other advisory services. We provide software tools — profile hosting, booking calendars, and directory placement — to experts on a subscription basis. We facilitate connections between parties but are not a party to any agreement formed between clients and experts.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Accounts may not be created by automated means or on behalf of another person without authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Experts listed on our platform are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Mr. Visa Korea. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications, credentials, or work of any expert. Clients are responsible for evaluating experts and making their own informed decisions before engaging services.
Mr. Visa Korea is not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of any services provided by experts through the platform.
Mr. Visa Korea does not process, hold, or facilitate payments between clients and experts. Clients pay experts directly using their own agreed method. Experts pay Mr. Visa Korea a monthly subscription fee for software access to the platform. Subscription billing is handled by our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms of service.
You agree not to:
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to Mr. Visa Korea. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. By submitting content to the platform (such as reviews or profile information), you grant Mr. Visa Korea a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Visa Korea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from any services provided by experts through the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mr. Visa Korea and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by Mr. Visa Korea.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
